The region of Cantabria stands out as a result of the varying climate and landscapes that it has. It has beautiful mountain ranges within which you will find eagles, wolves and bears. This region in Spain is known as land of many rivers since it has many of them cutting across it from the mountains down to the coast. The coastal part of Galicia is a great spot for holidays with the smooth beaches that it has but also have high and dangerous cliffs that it even has a coast given the name coast of death because of the cliffs.
